Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions, additional labor, materials, repairs, or project modifications are required after work has commenced.

Quotes are valid for the period specified on the estimate unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring reasonable access to the property, project site, equipment, or work area.

While we make every effort to arrive and complete work on schedule, appointment times may be affected by weather conditions, emergencies, supplier delays, traffic conditions, equipment availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Customer misuse or neglect

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by weather, accidents, natural disasters, or third parties

Existing conditions not identified during the original service
